Covers created for the 'Nov/Dec' & 'January' issues of K-Zone.
The goal with these covers was to push the idea of what a K-Zone cover could be. A few central questions I asked myself before embarking into the design process was: How does good composition enhance engagement? And what does it mean to visually capture the idea, "I want to see more!"
Leaving a lasting impression is the responsibility of the designer to conjure in the audience.
Below: two versions of an activity book cover for the holidays. In the end, the right version was the one the marketing and sales team resonated with most. This is another example of how important iteration and exploration is when approaching any design problem. How do you know if you've found the most suitable solution if you've only explored one idea?
